Melissa Koay

Melissa Koay brings over 13 years of expertise to the learning and development sector, continuously leveraging their commitment to excellence and innovation to shape the future of education and cultivate the leaders of tomorrow.

Melissa previously worked as a Senior Learning Experience Designer for MindValley University, where they developed learning experiences for teachers including Srikumar Rao and Robin Sharma. They also have developed learning experiences for the Asia School of Business, MIT Sloan and other world-class training organizations.

Most recently, Melissa served as a Senior Education Program Manager with Thinkific, the world's leading global learning management platform. In this capacity, they ran the Thinkific Training Programs, in which they led the training of partners in all things program creation and learning experience design.

Melissa is an ACC ICF-accredited executive coach. They hold a Graduate Certificate in Instruction Design and Educational / Instructional Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.A. in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Simon Fraser University in Canada. They are Malaysian-Canadian.
