Sophia Toh

Sophia Toh is an executive coach who has served in finance and strategy leadership roles at two of the best-run companies in the Fortune 200.

Prior to her coaching career, Sophia served as the Chief Financial Officer of Walker and Company Brands, a P&G subsidiary, and as the Chief Financial Officer of a $5 Billion business unit and Vice President of Financial Transformation at Kraft Heinz. She also mentored and coached more than 50 employees at P&G, whose alumni now include 10% of today's S&P500 CEOs.

Sophia’s leadership and training experience across the finance, strategy and people development functions for multi-billion dollar companies is especially noteworthy given her experience of having immigrated to the United States as an adult from Malaysia.

Sophia is a global board director for the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach, and also carries certifications for Gallup CliftonStrengths and Coach Diversity Institute, the Four Stages of Psychological Safety (TM), DISC, Enneagram, and 16-Types.

Sophia holds an MBA from Purdue University, a Nonprofit Leadership executive certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. from Clayton State University.
